Also with Halloween around the corner, let's talk candy. One of the things I like as much as vampires. 
Have you heard of the sugar substitute Xylitol.This stuff is not only — not bad for you teeth. It helps prevent cavities. Isn't that freaking awesome. So lets get cooking. Let’s whip up a batch of xylitol candy. 

Here's an awesome easy recipe. Yes, easy, it turns out that xylitol hard candies are even easier to make than sugar sweetened hard candies because xylitol reacts differently and has different properties from sugar.
